这个流程的烧机固件涉及收费，但这是不可避免的关键步骤无法绕过，请酌情购买，IDT 可能刷机不成功，但是其中的fastboot镜像是可以用于过渡刷机的，请酌情考虑，这是个友情提醒

起因是，我的 HUAWEI M5 MediaPad CMR-W09 本来已经降级到 emui9 ，但我不满足贪婪，于是又尝试降级至 emui8 ，可悲的是降级之后就黑屏了不开机
插数据线也不识别没反应，长按开机键, 开机键 + 音量+/- , 三键齐按好几十秒也不行了，我也不知道怎么办了
我甚至去花了5¥买了一个镜像，然后又去拼多多花了1.5¥买了24h的百度网盘加速会员，后来去了东海论坛才发现这个钱本来可以不花的
后来的反复测试发现九条鱼烧机固件含关键的fastboot 镜像，虽然收费，但最终证明必不可少，这需要花10块，是省不了的
然后我就逛 csdn 东海论坛九条鱼 xda bilibili，搜索资料材料，首先我尝试了，强制三键卡刷，尝试救砖

将 tf 卡插到平板中三键齐按超过1分钟，毫无效果屏幕也没有反应，那应该是变成硬砖了

尝试拆机’USB1.0深度刷机模式’短接刷机

然后我本来是要放弃了，可是，执念让我不甘心，我不甘心浪费了这么多时间，只是这个结果，我就继续搜索继续搜索。。。
然后我发现还有一个办法，就是开启华为预留的 ‘USB1.0深度刷机模式’ 也就是通过拆机连接主板的某个点位让平板进入一个模式救砖短接参考【华为平板M5 10.8寸短接图】CMR-AL09/W09进USB1.0深度刷机模式教程+精准点位图解短接9008指南（海思麒麟960S）

至于买吹风机，主要是想，也许用完之后家里人或者我也许能用上，单独买热风枪或者加热台，费用高昂而且可能用了一次就不会再频繁使用了，就很浪费，唉😮‍💨

根据已有案例总结注意要点

边缘加热时保持移动，不要在一个点加热超过 5 秒
拆后壳从tf卡槽附近撬起，这些地方一般结构较松
拆屏后 注意LCD, 指纹排线一般走中部，避免误撬

平板开始拆机

按照视频里操作的那样

使用卡针移除平板tf卡槽
开启吹风机高档位，匀速在四边移动反复加热5分钟，让密封胶软化
使用拆机刀片在卡槽附近屏幕与壳子缝隙处慢慢翘起一个小缝
将拆机卡片的一小部分插入小缝，移除拆机刀片
缓慢的平滑沿着屏幕与壳子的缝隙移动
如果卡住了，不要用力，拿吹风机再吹吹，否则你的屏幕会裂，别问我怎么知道的，呜呜🥹
滑完一周后慢慢用拆机刀片翘起屏幕，观察哪里费力就用拆机卡片轻轻划断粘连处，直到完整脱离机壳为止
记住不要用力，滑不动就吹风机再加热一下，真是惨痛的教训啊

平板刷机

接下来就是刷机流程了，这一步怎么说呢，我一开始参考csdn 华为内部bl解锁工具_华为手机救砖方法只要硬件不坏99%修复想着肯定要搜索一个 CMR-W09的IDT烧机固件，结果什么也没搜到，我花了10块钱，买了一个镜像，对你没看错，搜到一个收费的Cameron-W09A-BD 1.0.0.19_Board Software_8.0.0_r1_EMUI8.0_05022JDV.zip固件，于是就买了，哎，结果短接使用IDT无法刷机，我那天就挺绝望的，我忽然就想放弃止损了，还哭了，因为我啥也弄不好，花了那么多钱，什么结果都没有，自暴自弃了，那种不甘，那种痛苦，于是就哭着睡去了

我做了一个奇怪的梦，我不知道怎么形容，但是我因此忽然就明白，他可能是整个刷机流程的一部分，主要是用来过渡的，所以我立刻检查了里面的xml内容，朝着这个方向搜索到了# Downgrade/Unbrick Huawei device (if other methods doesn’t work)并结合了# 4.解锁和刷机的文章，总结了以下步骤

首先拆掉屏幕排线背板和电源排线背板，将屏幕第一个排线和电源排线
短接测试点连接电脑进入华为深度刷机模式
使用猎人华为执行 !华为线刷-一键启动.bat 选择 USB COM 1.0 -> haisi960刷入fastboot
解压进入 Cameron-W09A-BD 1.0.0.19_Board Software_8.0.0_r1_EMUI8.0_05022JDV 目录使用 linux 或 windows 执行以下命令，这段命令执行完并不会让你正常开机，正如我说过的那样，这个是个过渡，我觉得一定是某些命令起了作用，刷入了某些镜像使得平板重制了某些状态，虽然我没搞明白，但是我确实通过这个关键步骤，并结合之后的步骤让平板开机了

执行命令后，拔掉usb 插上屏幕第一个排线插上电源排线
使用猎人华为选择 USB COM 1.0 -> haisi960刷入fastboot
将 Cameron-W09A 9.1.0.327(C00E326R1P3T8)_Firmware_9.0.0_r3_EMUI9.1.0_05014YFD 中的 UPDATE.APP 复制到桌面
使用猎人华为选择 Write Flash -> Port 选择 fastboot -> … 选择桌面上的UPDATE.APP -> START
然后等待重启，充电知道灯不在闪红色，开机
没问题后按音量- 和电源键进入fastboot 降级刷机
将 Cameron-W09A 8.0.0.196(C00)_Firmware_8.0.0_r1_EMUI8.0_05014YFD 中的 UPDATE.APP 复制到桌面
使用猎人华为选择 Write Flash -> Port 选择 fastboot -> … 选择桌面上的UPDATE.APP -> START
然后等待重启，充电知道灯不在闪红色，开机
没问题后按音量- 和电源键进入fastboot 降级刷机
将 Cameron-W09A 8.0.0.128(C00)_Firmware_Android 8.0_EMUI 8.0_05014YFD 中的 UPDATE.APP 和 CMR-W09_all_cn/update_CMR-W09_all_cn.app 复制到桌面
使用猎人华为选择 Write Flash -> Port 选择 fastboot -> … 选择桌面上的UPDATE.APP -> START
会重启按住音量- 键，重新进入 fastboot
使用猎人华为选择 Write Flash -> Port 选择 fastboot -> … 选择桌面上的update_CMR-W09_all_cn.app -> START
然后等待重启，充电知道灯不在闪红色，开机
关机断开usb数据线短接测试点，重新连接usb数据线，进入华为深度刷机模式
打开 PotatoNV -> Kirin960 -> 勾选 Disable FBLOCK (not recommended), 勾选 Reboot after unlock -> Start!，记录解锁码
会重启按住音量- 键，重新进入 fastboot 使用解锁码执行解锁命令
下载 Magisk.apk 安装到平板
使用猎人华为执行猎人扩展工具箱.bat 选择1.【Fastboot】解包刷小包 -> 拖拽桌面上的UPDATE.APP到窗口按回车执行解包
将解包目录中的 RAMDISK 文件复制出来也传入到平板，使用magisk app处理RAMDISK文件使其包含root权限得到 magisk_patched.img
没问题后按音量- 和电源键进入fastboot 刷入 magisk_patched.img

fastboot reboot

重启检查root权限，完成
注意，emui9或鸿蒙执行步骤和emui8相似，但使用的是 RECOVERY_RAMDISK 并且重启后还要再进入 recovery 才能获得 root

接下来就简单了，按照 xda 论坛 [ROM][13.0][ LineageOS 20 - Huawei MediaPad M5 - SHT/CMR][ Update 15/06/2025 ] 的 Huawei MediaPad M5 CMR 刷机流程，下载wifi版本刷入定制的 lineageos 固件即可享用 Android 13 ，而且十分流畅，这个文章写的很好很清楚，我没必要重复造轮子了。哎，也许是我太懒了。。。
测试好系统之后，就可以将平板装好了

平板装机

结合视频，先将屏幕背部四边边缘胶去除，再将壳子上四边的边缘胶去除，清理过程要有耐心，慢慢的一点点去掉残留胶
然后将屏幕排线背板和电源排线背板安装回去，一开始我给忘了，又拆机装回去，呜呜呜，反复处理密封胶
将密封胶涂抹到屏幕背部四个边缘处
将屏幕和壳子边缘严丝合缝的扣上，并在四边施力挤压
使用定屏胶带以横竖都二的井字形缠绕固定，注意请绕过开关机音量按钮和充电口，别问我怎么知道的呜呜🥹你懂的
放置一天，期间可以安装一些软件
